Privacy Notice

Pursuant to the LFPDPPP

In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, as well as the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), we make this Privacy Notice available to you.

1. Identity and address of the data controller

The party responsible for processing your personal data is Tecnología, energía y gestión unificadas, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, "the Company"), a Mexican company dedicated to the installation of electrical, security, and technology systems, with its registered address at Av. San Bernabé 221, San Jerónimo Lídice, La Magdalena Contreras, 10200, Ciudad de México, México . The Company additionally provides services in the following coverage area:

  • Mexico City
  • Metropolitan area
  • Rest of the country

2. Personal data we collect

Through our website's contact form, we collect the following personal data directly and voluntarily:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The content of the message or request you send us

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Article 3, Section VI, of the LFPDPPP. If we were ever to require data of this nature, we will inform you expressly and obtain your consent.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary to respond to your request):

  • Respond to and follow up on your request for information or a quote.
  • Communicate with you to coordinate technical site visits or service presentations.
  • Send you commercial information you have expressly requested.

Secondary purposes (not necessary for the requested service; you may object to these without affecting the main service):

  • Send you information about the Company's new services, promotions, and updates.
  • Conduct internal statistical analysis of our client and prospect portfolio.

If you do not want your data processed for these secondary purposes, you may say so through the mechanisms described in Section 4 of this Notice.

4. Means to limit the use or disclosure of your data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to hola@tegu.mx with the subject line "Data Use Limitation," specifying in the body of the message the data for which you wish to exercise this limitation and how you would like its processing restricted.

We will inform you of our decision on your request within the 20-business-day period established by the LFPDPPP, counted from the date we receive it.

5. Means to exercise your ARCO rights

Pursuant to Articles 22 through 36 of the LFPDPPP, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold on record.
  • Rectify your data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • Cancel your data when you believe it is no longer necessary for the purposes stated in this Notice.
  • Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, send an email to hola@tegu.mx with the subject line "ARCO Rights," including:

  1. Your full name and a means of contact for us to communicate our response.
  2. Documents proving your identity or that of your legal representative.
  3. A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data it concerns.
  4. Any other information that helps us locate your data.

We will handle your request within the deadlines set by the LFPDPPP: 20 business days to issue a decision, and an additional 15 business days to carry it out where applicable.

6. Transfer of personal data

The Company does not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where such a transfer is required by law, decree, or order of a competent authority, or is necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, the provision of healthcare, or the management of health services, as set forth in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

Should we need to make a transfer not contemplated in this Notice in the future, we will notify you in advance and, where applicable, obtain your consent.

7. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

Our website may use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as tracking pixels or local storage) to improve the browsing experience and gather anonymous site-usage statistics. These technologies may collect information about your browser, device, pages visited, and session duration.

You may configure your browser to reject or delete cookies at any time. However, disabling cookies may affect the proper functioning of some site features.

Note: the specific configuration of the analytics tools used on this site is still being finalized. This section will be updated once the final analytics solution has been determined and its privacy impact assessed.

8. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time to reflect legislative, judicial, or internal policy developments. Any modification will be communicated through our website https://tegu.mx . We recommend that you review this Notice periodically.

If the changes are substantial, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you directly at the email address you have provided us.
