Yes. All of our workmanship is backed by a 10-year warranty. Work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and with certified materials, so any installation defect is covered at no additional cost to the client.

We handle projects in Mexico City, the entire metropolitan area, and throughout the rest of the country. For projects outside the metropolitan area, we evaluate the requirements and site access conditions before presenting a proposal.

The reference standard is NOM-001-SEDE-2012 (Electrical Installations — Utilization), which establishes the minimum safety requirements for the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical installations in Mexico. Compliance with this standard is mandatory and qualifies installations to obtain certification from a Verification Unit for Electrical Installations (UVIE).

A grid-tied photovoltaic system converts solar energy into electricity and feeds it directly into the CFE grid through an approved inverter. This reduces or eliminates billed consumption; when generation exceeds consumption, the surplus is credited to the following billing period, a mechanism known as net metering.

A CCTV video surveillance system comprises IP or HD analog cameras, DVR or NVR recorders with local storage, structured cabling, backup power supplies (UPS), and, optionally, remote monitoring from mobile devices or a control center. Access control is an electronic system that regulates who can enter or leave each area of a property, logging the date and time of every event. It can operate through proximity cards, biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition), keypads, or a combination of these, and it integrates with CCTV and alarm systems for complete perimeter security.

We install conventional and addressable fire detection and alarm systems with smoke, heat, and flame detectors, manual pull stations, sirens, and control panels. Systems are designed and documented in accordance with applicable standards to ensure full property coverage and compliance with civil protection requirements.

The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. A small residential installation can be completed in a few days, while a corporate or industrial project may take weeks or months. When we present the proposal, we provide a detailed work schedule with estimated start and delivery dates for each phase.
